Analytical protocol

Evidence becomes
pattern carefully.

Every public analysis passes through five stages. Publication requires human approval.

  1. 01

    Source

Collect credible public reporting and preserve the source URL, type, date, organization, technology, and reported outcome.

  2. 02

    Extract

Convert the reported case into a structured record without treating the source article itself as finished analysis.

  3. 03

    Normalize

Map raw observations to a controlled taxonomy of failure signals, categories, outcomes, and practical lessons.

  4. 04

    Compare

Calculate recurrence and related cases deterministically from approved records. No new historical facts are inferred.

  5. 05

    Review

Inspect the summary, evidence, taxonomy, lessons, FAQ, and publication state. Only explicitly approved records become public.

Corrections and limits

Analysis is bounded by the cited public source. Missing evidence is not filled with speculation. Corrections update the canonical record before the next public export, and thin records remain visibly thin rather than being padded with unsupported detail.
